This page exists so that you can hold us to something.
What the published price is
Every route page on this site shows a shared seat price and a private charter price in US dollars. Those figures include all government taxes on the charter. They are the same figures the dispatch desk quotes on WhatsApp, at any hour, to any customer.
What it is not
It is a starting figure. The confirmed price depends on three things we cannot know in advance: which aircraft is available that morning, what the weather does to the routing, and the total weight going on board. Where any of those changes the price, we tell you the new figure in writing before anything is charged.
What is never included
- The domestic airport service charge at Kathmandu, currently NPR 400 per passenger, paid at the terminal.
- National park entry fees and trekking permits.
- Personal travel and medical insurance.
- Meals, accommodation and ground transport.
- Excess baggage above the stated allowance.
When prices change
We review the rate card periodically against fuel costs, operator charter rates and the exchange rate. When a price changes on the site, it changes everywhere on the site at once, because every figure is generated from one record.
A price you have been quoted in writing is held for the booking it was quoted for. We do not reprice a confirmed flight upwards.
What we will not do
We will not quote you a higher price because you are in a hurry. The published figure applies whether you are booking from home in March or from a lodge at Gorakshep with a flight home in two days.
We will not invoice for flights that did not happen. An evacuation invoice reflects the aircraft that flew and the people who were on it. You may have the manifest.
We will not bill multiple passengers as separate full charters. If five people share an aircraft, that is one charter shared five ways, and that is what the paperwork says.
We will not add charges after the flight. The only exception is genuine excess baggage that was weighed and agreed at the time, and we will show you the weight.
Weather holds and cancellations
If we hold your flight for weather, we rebook you at no charge on the next available departure. If you decide not to travel at all, we refund the charter. We cannot refund a hotel night, a missed connection or a tour you did not take, which is why we ask everyone to build in buffer days.
If you think we have got this wrong
Tell us, with the booking reference. If we have overcharged you, we will refund the difference. This policy is not worth anything unless it survives contact with a complaint.
